- A document is every invoice, receipt or other document – even if several are in one PDF. Bank statements, rejected duplicates and documents deleted within 24 hours do not count.
- We do not stop uploads above the monthly limit – extra documents are billed on the next invoice. You get an e-mail at 80% and 100% of the limit. Unused documents do not carry over.
- Paying yearly, you pay for 11 months instead of 12. Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice we e-mail to you.
- The demo has no time limit and all features. After 5 documents you choose a plan.
- When the subscription ends you have 7 days to pay; then the account is read-only – you can still view documents, and we will prepare an export on request.
