e-Invoice in Dokliq

We are preparing e-invoice reception so you are ready for 2027: the invoice arrives as data, Dokliq checks it and sends it to accounting with your other documents.

What changes in 2027

VAT payers in Slovakia will issue and receive business invoices electronically – not as PDF or paper, but as structured data (UBL format, Peppol network). Invoice data can then be processed automatically, accurately and instantly.

Why e-invoicing pays off

01

Makes accounting easier

Nobody retypes data – supplier, amounts, VAT and items arrive exactly as issued.

02

Speeds up processing

The invoice is in Dokliq seconds after it is sent, ready for review and export.

03

Saves time

No scanning, photographing or fixing extracted data – less routine for you and your accountant.

04

Fewer errors

The data is 100% accurate and Dokliq still checks it: company IDs, VAT ID, IBAN, totals and VAT rates.

05

Fraud protection

A verified sender in the Peppol network and an alert when a supplier changes their IBAN.

06

Faster payment matching

Exact payment reference and amount – payments from bank statements match automatically.

Who it is for

01

Accounting firms

All clients' e-invoices in one place, checked and ready to export to your accounting software.

02

Companies and e-shops

Many incoming invoices each month? They process themselves and your accountant gets them at once.

03

Sole traders paying VAT

No worries about e-invoicing systems: receive them in Dokliq and send them to your accountant with your receipts.

04

Companies with foreign partners

The Peppol network works across Europe – the same process for domestic and foreign invoices.
